Gate House: This base lodge features cathedral ceilings, walls of windows for expansive mountain views and seats up to 300. Across the courtyard you will find Rumble’s Bistro & Bar, and the relaxed, yet refined Clay Brook Luxury Hotel & Residences.
Lincoln Peak Courtyard: The new and recently remodeled Lincoln Peak Courtyard is a beautiful, spacious location for welcome parties, cocktail hours, ceremonies, and wedding after parties. The Courtyard has fire pits, two outdoor bars and a pizza oven, making for the perfect location to host summer wedding festivities and celebrations.
Rumble's Bistro & Bar: Our elegant post-and-beam round room features a 45-foot cathedral ceiling, stone fireplace, and outdoor slope-side terrace. Rumble’s is the perfect venue for a wedding reception of up to 100 guests and is conveniently attached to the Clay Brook Luxury Hotel and Residences.
Castlerock Pub: For a more intimate setting, the Castlerock Pub features a stone fireplace and is on the first floor of the Gate House. Seats up to 100 indoors and is the perfect location for rehearsal dinners and guest welcome parties.
Sugarbush Inn: The Sugarbush Inn is located a mile from the Lincoln Peak base area. The main dining room features classic country charm with an adjacent living room and taproom, perfect for cocktails and dancing. Ample space for up to 130 people with the option to rent out the entire space for ceremony, reception and lodging for your guests.
Hogan’s at the Sugarbush Golf Club: Hogan's at the Sugarbush Golf Club. An airy greenhouse dining room and deck provide spectacular views, perfect for an after-golf BBQ, rehearsal dinner or wedding party outing. Seating for events up to 50 people.
