West Hill House
As your guests come up our quiet country lane to West Hill House, a beautiful 1850's home, they will be surrounded by the beauty and serenity of the Green Mountains. We're just a little bit off the beaten path, yet close to everything. Our nine peaceful acres with beautiful perennial gardens, birch gazebo, meadows and ornamental ponds provide a lovely setting for weddings, civil unions, receptions, rehearsal dinners or Sunday brunches.
We host events up to about 80 guests and, depending on the size of the group and the season, we offer the use of the inn, its canopied deck, our handsome red barn or a rental tent on our upper meadow. Weddings can be catered by one of our recommended caterers and we offer onsite catering for Rehearsal Dinners and "First Morning" Brunches for up to 35 guests. We are state licensed for the sale of beer and wine.
The inn features three large common areas, an elegant dining room, and eight queen or twin/king bed guestrooms with fireplaces and air conditioning. All guest rooms have private ensuite baths with Jacuzzi tubs or steam showers. We do require that you book all 8 eight guest rooms for the weekend of your wedding.
